Forwarders post the space they have left — the vessel, the date, the free time. Bids are sealed until it closes, so nobody sees what anyone else offered and one bid is not a public failure.

This floor is freight only. Cargo owners post what they are moving separately, and forwarders quote on those requests rather than approaching them — which is what keeps both sides willing to be here.
